Purchasing, Shipping, and Returns are not handled through the Lady ChangeMakers platform therefore we cannot assist with any returns.

We do make it easy for you to contact the vendor with any questions or concerns. Each storefront has a contact button where you can contact the vendor. Purchasing a product/service on the Lady ChangeMakers platform happens on the vendor’s platform. Each vendor should have their own return policy that you can view on their platform and often on their specific storefront page.
