Sure, we help add structure to organizations (often their employees are desperately looking for that), but our main goal is to show small businesses that they NEED HR strategy in order to grow and keep their teams happy. And it doesn’t have to be in the typical way – we can do it in ways that are unique to them, cost effective, and fun for their teams. Small businesses often don’t get the opportunity to incorporate these strategies into their culture until after they’ve already grown. We help them do it sooner.

We offer four services –

1. HR audits – risk assessments for organizations that already have employees. Audits review all areas of your HR operations and identify gaps in your current processes to help avoid legal risk. We focus both on best practices and employment laws to ensure you’re not only compliant but also approaching your team strategy in a way that will best support your business operations.
2. Growth package – for solopreneurs looking to hire their first employee(s). We will provide you with a streamlined process and strategy that will prepare you to onboard these new employees with ease. Includes things like identifying and implementing a payroll provider, writing job descriptions, creating policies, implementing unemployment and workers comp insurance, a new hire paperwork onboarding suite, and more.
3. Ongoing support – monthly retainers for clients who would like to fully outsource their HR operations.
