The Rychael Nyree Agency is a new start up business located in the metro Phoenix area right in the heart of Tempe, Arizona. Our mission is to promote diversity and inclusion.

Rychael Nyree Lewis has been actively working in the modeling industry since 2010. She is a native of Detroit, Michigan where she attended charm school at the age of thirteen. She later received model training in 2010 in Louisville, Kentucky. With her standing at 5’4” tall she has experienced a lot of discrimination in the high fashion world due to her short stature. Then later as she reached her mid thirties and began to gain weight she experienced even more discrimination due to not only her height but also now her age and her weight.

Rychael founded The Rychael Nyree Agency and has made it her mission to represent models of all ages, height, and weight as she is determined to break the status quo barriers within the modeling agency.
