Please remember that all cups are handmade so no cup will be the same. If you are ordering in bulk, please keep that in mind. We will try our best to ensure that your cups look like duplicate copies that are manufactured from a factory.

Because we make custom cups and cannot just give your creation to another, we do not accept any returns or give refunds. If you come across an error with an order, we will do our best to rectify it. Every case is different and will be handled with care, respectively.
