Health and wellness are such an important part of my life. I spent many years from childhood into adulthood being the kid that caught everything; colds, flus, viruses and by the time I was in college I had twelve surgeries. This also meant lots of medications and side effects. In addition, I struggled with my weight and anxiety. My parents had a focus on feeding us but did not really have the knowledge about good, real food and the benefits of eating real food. I was so inspired to start learning how to naturally take care of my body and keep it healthy. Today after making some needed changes, I am a much healthier, happier person. I want to inspire others to be able to do the same and give them the tools they need, so they can not only help themselves to live a healthier, happier longer life, but also their families. Our bodies are amazing machines, they just need the right foods and activities to keep them going.
