Hannah Cakes was inspired by a friend of mine who has several food allergies and sensitivities. While preparing Christmas cookies for my friends, I was perplexed what to make her! One of my favorite cookies contains nuts and I needed a healthy substitute to accommodate her dietary restrictions. So I thought to myself, What about hemp seeds? And what do you know, the nut flavor was obtained without the nuts! Thus Hannah Cakes was born. Hannah Cakes are allergy friendly and these shortbread-like cookies are best enjoyed right away. They are great with a cup of organic herbal tea or organic coffee, but more importantly our products are free from dairy, nuts, eggs, soy, peanuts, corn and gluten!
