Co-Pilots for Co-Parents

Co-Pilots for Co-Parents is a membership community designed by and for single parents & kids who love to travel. Our mission is to inspire and empower single parents to explore more, to foster connections and friendships with other single parent travelers, and to offer support and strategies to help overcome challenges single parents encounter, both in travel and in their everyday lives. We also plan custom group trips for single parent families to travel together on boundary-stretching and confidence-building adventures around the world. Although we have a special focus on the extra challenges single parents face in travel, we can also leverage this expertise for other types of family and group travel, including multi-generational trips, moms trips, or friends who would like to travel together as a group with their kids.

The inspiration for Co-Pilots for Co-Parents grew out of my own experiences. After practicing international IP law for over a decade and making partner at a large law firm – when all objective indicators would say I should feel like an example of female independence and confidence – I instead felt like I had hit my rock bottom. I had two young boys under 5 and was in the midst of a traumatic divorce, struggling to regain some semblance of freedom from a toxic relationship. Travel helped me to rediscover the parts of myself that I love the most, to get my confidence back, and, most importantly, to reinforce my bond with my sons. Travel is transformative, and I want to help other single parents experience this on their own path to finding their joy again. Co-Pilots for Co-Parents combines this passion for travel with my certification as a Divorce Transition and Recovery Coach and a High-Conflict Divorce Coach to make transformative travel a reality for more single parent families.
