Our services have shifted due to the pandemic and all services are online via zoom and ig live. We have a specialty tea, Sereni-Tea that provides a calm and relaxed mood for any time of the day you need a mindfulness moment.

The primary focus of Tea with Tina includes focusing on selfcare through mindfulness. Tea with Tina utilizes the use of poetic skills to create soothing and solace mindfulness audios. The customized mindfulness audios are a key component of one's individual transformation to 'best' version of self.
