About Dr. Nicole
Dr. Nicole is a Body-Brain Longevity Advisor, Board-certified Health Coach, Gerontologist, & Biokinesiologist. She has helped hundreds of clients just like you to improve their mental wellness, physical health and cognitive performance...based on your unique bio-individuality (there is no "one-size-fits-all" when it comes to longevity). She is known throughout the world as a leading expert in longevity, brain health & Pilates. Her greatest strengths are her enthusiasm, kindness and approachability...all critical for a great coach! She received her Ph.D from USC's Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy, where her research focused on mind-body exercise effects on cognitive function and mobility in older adults. She is a proud alum from the highly-esteemed USC Davis School of Gerontology. Dr. Nicole has presented her research nationally and internationally at multiple scientific meetings, including the American College of Sports Medicine and the Gerontological Society of America. She has been teaching Pilates since 2005 and is one of only 18 people worldwide who has studied Pilates extensively with Jay Grimes in both of his programs “The Work” and “Teaching The Work”. Her hope is to inspire women all over the globe to be enthusiastic about bringing health and well-being into their daily life.
